Join Our NDIS Exercise Sessions for Young Adults

An accredited Exercise Physiologist led, weekly exercise therapy group for young adults incorporating strength and balance activities to help improve mobility, function and independence in our onsite fully equipped and air-conditioned gym.

Regular exercise has been proven to provide many benefits including:

  • Improving muscular and bone strength
  • Improving postural control
  • Improving your ability to complete daily tasks
  • Improving quality of life
  • Reducing joint pain
  • Improving balance and reducing risk of falls
  • Reducing risk of mental health concerns
  • Reducing risk of comorbidities such as heart disease and diabetes

NDIS Movement Group is an effective therapy which enables you to move in a safe and supervised environment while enjoying the social aspect of a group!

  • Aged between 18 & 30 years (young adults)
  • Wanting to have active fun in a small social group
  • Wanting to build physical capacity in a safe and supervised environment
  • NDIS plan is plan or self managed [We are currently not accepting NDIA managed plans]

Note: Individual exercise therapy sessions are also available if you don’t feel ready to be in a group setting.

With available funding sessions will be funded participants’ NDIS plan under the Health and Wellbeing support category; and/or Improved Daily Living at the current advised rate.

To join, contact us to book an initial 1 on 1 consultation where we’ll discuss your health history, current activities and goals. A service agreement will be provided outlining session costs, frequency and duration so you can keep track of funding to ensure you get the most out of your plan.
