Last Friday we polished up and presented to the 2023 Snowy Hydro Business Snowy Valleys Awards. We are proud to announce that our Active Ageing program was the ‘Excellence In Diversity & Inclusion’ winner.
Active Ageing is a weekly exercise group run by Accredited Exercise Physiologists Brodie & Emily. It incorporates strength, balance and flexibility activities to help improve mobility, function and independence. Active Ageing is targeted at people aged over 60 enabling participants to exercise in a safe and supervised environment while enjoying the social aspect of exercising in a group. The work Brodie & Emily put in to building, growing and nurturing this program is constant and we are stoked for this recognition!
